Finland will study real estate transactions carried out by citizens of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Finland.
According to the Finnish military department, a special research group will be created, which will analyze real estate transactions performed by Russian citizens. Additional restrictions will also be introduced on real estate transactions for Russian citizens.
The project assumes that the Finnish authorities will explore the issues of strengthening control over the ownership of real estate in the country. This approach will be implemented in relation to citizens of all countries that are not members of the European Union.
