The Ministry of Defense announced the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine after the strikes in the Donetsk direction

As a result of the offensive operations of the Russian Armed Forces in the Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian side lost up to 60 servicemen, the installation of the Grad MLRS and four Msta-B howitzers, reported The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in its daily summary.

“In addition, a hangar with military equipment of the 110th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed in the area of ​​\u200b\u200bthe settlement Avdiivka of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” they said.

In other directions, Russian artillery and aviation continued to strike at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, in the Kupyansk direction, accumulations of manpower and equipment in the area of ​​​​the village of Novoselovskoe in the LPR and four villages in the Kharkov region came under fire from the RF Armed Forces, the loss of the Ukrainian side amounted to 70 military and several vehicles.

In the South-Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, Russian troops inflicted a comprehensive fire defeat on units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of Ugledar in the DPR, as well as the villages of Levadnoe and Orekhovo in the Zaporozhye region.

In the Krasnolimansky direction, attacks were made on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlements of Terny and Krasny Liman in the DPR, as well as Stelmakhivka in the LPR, Ukraine’s losses amounted to 100 military personnel, a D-30 howitzer, and also one Grad MLRS.

In the Kherson direction, two ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed in the areas of the settlements of Antonovka, Kherson region and Vesele, Dnipropetrovsk region, as well as the Msta-B howitzer.

February 13 Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported about taking control of the village of Krasnaya Gora in the DPR. On February 7, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu listed the recently liberated settlements in the DPR, among them Soledar, Kleshcheevka, Nikolayevka, and others. According to the Defense Minister, hostilities in the areas of Ugledar and Artemovsk are developing successfully.

Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24, 2022.
