The Russian air defense system shot down a Ukrainian Su-25 aircraft near the village of Nikolaevka in the DPR. About it says in the daily report of the Ministry of Defense.
“Air defense systems shot down a Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near the settlement of Nikolaevka in the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the statement said.
The Ministry of Defense also said that over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched several attacks in the Donetsk, Krasnolimansk and Yuzhnodonetsk directions. In total, 15 attacks were repelled in three directions, including 11 in the Donetsk direction and two in Krasnolimansky.
The same number was reflected in the Yuzhnodonetsk and Zaporozhye directions. In addition, a total of five attacks by groups of saboteurs were repulsed in these directions. In particular, the activities of three of them were stopped in the area of the settlement Uspenovka, Zaporozhye region.
July 30 Ministry of Defense reported about the ongoing attempts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to advance along the Donetsk, Yuzhnodonetsk and Krasnolimansk directions. During the day, eight enemy attacks were repelled in the Donetsk direction and three in the Krasnolimansky direction. In addition, an ammunition depot was destroyed in the Donetsk direction, and the activity of a group of saboteurs was suppressed in the Yuzhnodonetsky direction. In addition, the Russian Armed Forces shot down a Mi-8 helicopter in the Kherson direction.
