The Ministry of Defense announced the disruption of the supply of weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the help of a missile attack

The Russian Ministry of Defense in its daily summary confirmed the launch of a missile attack on Ukrainian energy facilities. As the military pointed out, these facilities ensured the functioning of defense industry enterprises and the transport system of Ukraine.

The blow was inflicted with high-precision weapons, all designated objects were hit, the Ministry of Defense emphasized.

“As a result of the strike, the transportation of weapons and ammunition to the areas of hostilities, including those supplied by NATO countries, was disrupted. The work of the production facilities of enterprises for the repair and restoration of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been disrupted, ”they said.

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian military continued offensive operations in the Donetsk direction, destroying more than 80 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one tank and an American M109 Paladin artillery mount. The offensive actions of the Russian Armed Forces continued, allegedly, in the Yuzhnodonetsk and Zaporozhye directions, striking at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of Ugledar, Prechistovka and Novoselka in the DPR. In the Kupyansk and Krasnolimansk directions, Russian forces continued to strike with artillery and aircraft.

Since October 10, 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense has been regularly reporting missile strikes against military command and control facilities and infrastructure in Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin then said that such a decision was made in response to Ukrainian attempts at terrorist attacks on Russian territory, including an explosion on the Crimean bridge. He emphasized that the reaction to such actions would be tough.

Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24, 2022. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation at the end of September, the LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions became part of Russia. Later, martial law was introduced on the territory of these regions.
