The Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of defense workshops in Pavlograd and Zaporozhye

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has published another report on the progress of the special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine. Russian troops destroyed the shops of defense enterprises in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions.
“In the city of Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk region, the workshops of a defense enterprise for the production of fuel and rocket engines for the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed. In addition, the workshops of the Iskra research and production complex were destroyed in the city of Zaporozhye, says in the message.
It is noted that the Zaporozhye enterprise produced electronic components for the repair of radar stations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
The Ministry of Defense also spoke about several attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack Russian positions in the LPR and DPR. So, the Ukrainian troops tried to advance in the Kupyansk and Krasnoliman directions in the LPR, as well as in the South Donetsk in the DPR. The department stressed that all attacks were repulsed.
Also, Russian troops managed to take full control of the road between the settlements of Pavlovka and Nikolskoye DNR. The Ministry of Defense reported high losses of the enemy in the Lisichansk direction in the LPR, as a result of which the Ukrainian military refused to carry out combat missions, the defense department concluded.
Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation, Russian troops took control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia, and on October 19 martial law was introduced in the regions.
However, on November 9, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered the withdrawal of Russian troops from Kherson to the left bank of the Dnieper after Sergei Surovikin, commander of the Joint Group of Russian Forces, made a report on the situation in the NVO zone. November 11 Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on completion of the withdrawal of troops from the city, Kherson is now under Ukrainian control.
