The Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of 90 Polish mercenaries in the Kharkiv region

The Russian military struck near the village of Borovskoye in the Kharkiv region. As a result, 90 Polish mercenaries were destroyed, informs The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the next report on the progress of the special operation in Ukraine.
“More than 90 Polish mercenaries were killed in the vicinity of Borovskoye, Kharkiv region, as a result of a strike by high-precision weapons of the Russian Aerospace Forces,” the report says.
The ministry added that the strike of the aerospace forces (VKS) of the Russian Federation destroyed 5 American launchers of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) MLRS and German MARS-II. In the DPR, Russian troops hit two American HIMARS launchers.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense noted that the Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation continued their offensive in the Krasnoliman direction. On it, the enemy lost more than 60 servicemen. More than 70 Ukrainian soldiers were destroyed in the Kupyansk direction.
At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) tried to attack Russian positions in the Donetsk and Yuzhno-Donetsk directions. The RF Armed Forces stopped all attacks, in total, the enemy lost more than 80 people in these areas in a day, the military department specified.
On the eve of December 7, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also reported about the ongoing offensive of Russian troops in the Krasnoliman direction. As a result, more than 130 Ukrainian servicemen were killed, the department noted.
Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation, Russian troops took control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia, and on October 19 martial law was introduced in the regions.
