The Ministry of Defense allowed provocations with bioweapons from Ukraine

The National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) may be planning to carry out a provocation with biological weapons “under a false flag.” This was announced by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the RF Armed Forces, Igor Kirillov, transmits press service of the Ministry of Defense.

“I would especially like to note the presence of representatives of the SBU and the national police of Ukraine at the training. This is due not only to the closed nature of the event, but also to the possible targeting of the Ukrainian special services to carry out provocations with biological weapons “under a false flag,” he said.

According to Kirillov, in August and September in Lvov, with the support of the United States, a training was held to practice methods of provocation with the avian influenza virus. Their goal was to accuse Russia of biological sabotage, he added. “The result of the implementation of the scenario is the accusation of Russia for non-compliance with the requirements of the BTWC (Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons – Vedomosti), its discrediting in the international arena and the introduction of additional sanctions restrictions against our country,” Kirillov said.

October 18, Director of the Department for Nonproliferation and Arms Control of the Russian Foreign Ministry Konstantin Vorontsov statedthat Ukraine was developing biological weapons components close to the border with Russia.

The 200-page document stated that the United States maintains and develops the ability to create components of biological weapons and, if necessary, produce and use them outside national territory.
