Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation, said that the department is ready to transfer part of the registers that it maintains now to the competence of Rosreestr.

The head of Rosreestr, Oleg Skufinsky, replied that the issue of transferring registries should be discussed with the Ministry of Finance, since the procedure would entail additional costs for work.
