North Korea launched several cruise missiles towards the Sea of Japan, Yonhap news agency reported, citing South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff.
The message says. that the launch was recorded at about 8.00 (2.00 Moscow time), and the launch site was the eastern coast of the DPRK.
Seoul said that information about the launch is currently being studied jointly by the intelligence services of the United States and South Korea. The South Korean military also intensified surveillance of the territory of the DPRK and moved to increased combat readiness.
