In 2022, this difference was slightly smaller – 4.3 times. According to statistics, the maximum increase in 2023 was demonstrated by the salaries of workers in the Kurgan region (21%), Chuvashia (20.9%) and Mari El (19.5%). Compared to 2022, it increased in nominal terms by 14.1%, in real terms – by 7.8%.

The maximum salaries, as before, are paid in the field of oil and gas production (on average 180 thousand rubles per month), in the field of finance and insurance (169 thousand rubles), as well as in the production of tobacco products (140 thousand). rub.). According to the “Work in Russia” portal, among the most in-demand and highly paid specialists in 2023 are electrical engineers, chemical engineers, and design engineers.
