Russian President Vladimir Putin at a press conference after publications the first results of voting in the elections said that the future administrative corps should be formed from participants in the special operation in Ukraine.
The President said that the idea to create a new personnel program “Time of Heroes”, applications for which, according to the latest data, filed more than 30 thousand people, arose during his meetings with participants in the military operation in St. Petersburg.
“I hope that this will be a calm, methodical, serious work, planned for the years ahead. <...> The first step will be several dozen. The selection must happen. Then the next steps… – we will expand this work,” said Vladimir Putin (quoted from TASS).
“And where and how to use it depends on where people themselves would like to use their forces. After all, someone wants to work in medicine, someone in the security sector, someone in the defense sector, someone wants to work in government. This will depend on the choice of the person himself,” the president added. The “Time of Heroes” program is an analogue of the “Leaders of Russia” and “School of Governors” programs.
