Peskov announced the absence of clear dates for Putin’s visit to Turkey

The dates of President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Turkey will be agreed upon through diplomatic channels. There are no clear dates for the trip yet, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday, March 13.

“At the moment, we do not have clear dates for these contacts. They will be promptly agreed upon,” said the press secretary of the Russian President.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that expects to receive Russian leader Vladimir Putin in their country after March 31 – on this date, elections of the head of state will be held in the republic.

Erdogan also noted that his country “continues dialogue with both neighbors on the Black Sea,” recalling the meeting on March 8 with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
