The disruption of the wreath-laying ceremony by Russian diplomats in Warsaw is regarded by Moscow as “hostile actions” on the part of the Polish authorities. This statement was made by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
“This is not even Russophobia anymore, these are processes bordering on insanity that are taking place in Poland. We know that throughout history, Poland has slipped into this madness from time to time in its hatred of the Russians,” he said.
Peskov noted that such incidents bring “nothing good” for Poland. Moscow regards Warsaw’s actions as unfriendly.
