The Kremlin commented on the mass attack of drones on the Russian regions

Russian President Vladimir Putin was informed about the drone attack on the regions of Russia, he constantly receives all the information related to the situation as part of the special operation. This was stated by the press secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

“Of course, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief constantly and promptly receives all the information related to the situation both within the NWO itself and around the operation. And, of course, with regard to such massive attacks, information is also immediately brought to the attention of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief,” he said, answering the question whether Putin had been informed about the drone attacks on several regions of Russia.

Answering the question of whether there will be any reaction to the mass attack, Peskov noted that military experts are currently “finding out routes, analyzing how it was done in order to take appropriate measures to prevent such situations in the future” .

Peskov did not speculate about the country from which the drones that attacked the Pskov region could have been sent. “It is the prerogative of our military experts to make such conclusions regarding the route of these drones. Indeed, the terrorist activity of the Kyiv regime continues, the vast majority of drones fly precisely at civilian targets. We continue and will continue the SVO in order to eradicate such threats to us,” Peskov stressed.

On the night of August 30, a number of regions of Russia were subjected to a mass attack by drones. In particular, drones were destroyed in five regions of Central Russia, including Moscow, Oryol, Kaluga, Bryansk and Ryazan regions, as well as in the Pskov region and Crimea. An airport in the Pskov region was attacked by drones. The governor of the region, Mikhail Vedernikov, said that no one was injured as a result, but all flights for August 30 were canceled “until the nature of the possible damage” to the runway is clarified, he said. According to preliminary estimates, there are no serious injuries.

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova named a massive drone attack of the “absolute dead end” in which Kyiv is located. According to her, recent incidents indicate the lack of development prospects for the leadership of Ukraine.
