The Russian armed forces do not strike at residential buildings and social infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, said presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov. The strikes are on military targets, he added.

“The Russian Armed Forces do not strike at residential buildings or at social infrastructure facilities. Attacks are made on military targets – obvious or disguised. You yourself saw the conclusions of some representatives of the Ukrainian side, which said that this tragedy was actually the result of the action of counter-missiles and air defense, ”Peskov answered the question of whether there was a comment in the Kremlin about the fact that Ukraine blamed for the strike on residential building in the Dnieper in Russia.

According to him, “special attention is paid to this.” He also said that the special operation is fulfilling its tasks, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are hitting targets that “directly or indirectly relate to the military potential” of Ukraine.
