Peskov: Kyiv de facto and de jure opposes negotiations with Moscow

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, in a conversation with reporters, said that the Ukrainian authorities consistently deny the possibility of negotiations with the Russian side.

As Peskov noted, at the current moment, both Russia and NATO representatives see only one thing, namely, a fairly consistent position of the Kyiv regime in denying the possibility of any negotiations with Moscow.

The Kremlin representative drew attention to the fact that the corresponding position of Ukraine is something that is a reality de facto and de jure. This is how the Russian leader’s press secretary commented on the statement by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg about the possibility of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv.
