The Kremlin reported that there is no protocol practice of congratulating the leaders of Western countries on Catholic Christmas in Russia.
“There is no such protocol practice,” said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the head of state. He was asked if Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to congratulate Western leaders on Catholic Christmas.
