Deputy Acting Governor of the Kherson Region Ekaterina Gubareva is at large, informed her husband and public figure Pavel Gubarev in his Telegram channel.
“My wife Ekaterina Gubareva is free. I thank everyone for their concern and support,” Gubarev wrote, adding that he could not disclose the details of the case.
As stated on the website of the regional administration, Gubareva oversees the digitalization and social policy of the Kherson region. About the disappearance of Gubareva her husband informed November 16th. According to him, she stopped getting in touch the day before, on November 15, around 16:30. According to him, the last time she was seen near the building of the government of the Kherson region in Genichesk. Gubarev also noted that in connection with the disappearance of his wife, he tried unsuccessfully to get through to the acting head of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo.
