How informs The Wall Street Journal, Andriy Yermak, head of the office of the President of Ukraine, criticized the conclusion of the second Minsk agreement in 2015, saying that because of it, Ukraine had difficulties in agreements with Russia.
He lamented that these agreements were concluded under pressure from Western curators.
“Attempts to reach an agreement with Russia were shackled by a 2015 agreement that gave Moscow control over parts of Ukraine,” Yermak said.
