Viktor Zolotov’s congratulations were posted on the official website of the Russian Guard. In it, the director of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops notes that the professional holiday is overshadowed by the recent tragic events in Krasnogorsk near Moscow.
“Each act of aggression only reaffirms the animal nature of the enemy, aiming us at more active destruction of the enemy! I have no doubt that we will avenge any attempt on our country and its citizens, and the personnel of the Russian Guard will make every effort to bring our Victory closer,” it says in an address by Viktor Zolotov.
