The head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, accused Russia and ex-President Petro Poroshenko of “shaking” Ukraine.
He made the corresponding statement during the telethon.
According to him, Russia is trying to “undermine and destabilize the situation”, and “some figures” are helping it in this.
“Some “figures” who previously had business with Medvedchuk are now uniting and trying to undermine the country,” Danilov said. Poroshenko is suspected in the case of coal supplies to the LDNR, in which Medvedchuk is also involved.
According to Danilov, the “figures” have a “big task” from May to October to try to destabilize the situation inside Ukraine.
“This is their plan for today. We are entering a very complex and difficult period of turbulence due to internal issues,” he said.
