The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, said that after the entry of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia, the Sea of Azov will be assigned the status of an exclusively inland sea of the Russian Federation
“The Sea of Azov will become our inland. For Russia, this is a serious strategic decision. These are trade routes, and security, and fisheries, and the resort sector,” Konstantinov said.
He specified that the Mariupol port would soon become an important cargo point, which it has always been. Among other things, cargo traffic should be fully resumed.
