The head of the CIA offered Russia and Ukraine a plan: territories in exchange for peace – media

In mid-January, US President Joe Biden instructed CIA chief William Burns to visit Kyiv and Moscow to assess the readiness of the parties for negotiations. This is reported by the Swiss publication Neue Zürcher Zeitung, citing knowledgeable German politicians.
According to the publication, Burns offered one plan: territories in exchange for peace. According to it, Russia should receive about 20% of the territories of Ukraine and complete the NWO. Both countries eventually refused. Ukraine, as noted, did not want to give up the territory, and in Russia they believe that in the future they will be able to occupy even more territory.
According to sources of the Swiss publication, there are disagreements in the White House over the end of hostilities in Ukraine. Thus, US national security adviser Jake Sullivan and CIA chief William Burns want to end the conflict as soon as possible and “focus on the problem of China.” Whereas the head of the State Department, Anthony Blinken, and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin do not want Russia to “destroy the international security system.” They advocate more active military support for Ukraine.
After Ukraine and Russia abandoned the proposed plan, US President Joe Biden, as the authors write, “agreed to Scholz’s condition,” that is, announced the transfer of Abrams tanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And only after that the German chancellor gave permission for the supply of Leopard tanks, the publication sets out his multi-way version.
