The Governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev appealed to the residents of the region with an appeal not to leave their homes without the need, RIA Novosti reports.

“The current situation requires the maximum concentration of all forces to maintain order,” he said, adding that law enforcement agencies are doing everything necessary to ensure the safety of the residents of the region.

“I ask everyone to remain calm and not to leave the house unnecessarily,” Golubev said.
