The Ukrainian military shelled three settlements of the Kursk region, the power line (power line) was damaged, there were no casualties, informed Governor of the region Roman Starovoit in his Telegram channel.
According to the head of the region, the armed forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the border Glushkovsky district on June 18.
“In Tetkino and Popovo-Lezhachi, 10 arrivals were counted. As a result, there is damage at the sugar factory. Residential buildings were not damaged,” Starovoit wrote.
In the village of Glushkovo, he added, there are more than 10 arrivals. As a result of the shelling, a power line was damaged, and part of the settlement was de-energized.
The authorities of the Kursk region regularly report shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and attacks by drones. On June 14, Starovoit said that border guards shot down a drone over the village of Glushkovo. According to him, the drone was intended to adjust the fire on the settlement. Then the head of the region announced injured as a result of a drone crash. The drone fell in the village on the territory of a private house.
In the Kursk region, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the average level of response has been set in the region. The same regime operates in seven other subjects of the Russian Federation – Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Voronezh, Bryansk and Rostov regions.
