The current governor of the Kaliningrad region, Anton Alikhanov, won 80.21% of the votes following the count of 100% of the votes. About it reported on the online scoreboard in the information center of the CEC.

LDPR candidate Yevgeny Mishin received 6.4% of the vote, Maxim Bulanov from the Communist Party – 4.88%, Yuri Shitikov from A Just Russia – For Truth – 3.74%, Vladimir Vukolov from the Pensioners’ Party for Social Justice – 1.46 %, Vladimir Sultanov from the “Communists of Russia” – 1.32% of the vote.

Anton Alikhanov was appointed Acting Governor of the Kaliningrad Region in 2016. He became the youngest governor in the history of Russia (then he was 30 years old). In the gubernatorial elections in 2017, he received 81.06% of the vote. At the end of April 2022, he announced his intention to run for a second term.
