The government has submitted a draft law to the State Duma, according to which military personnel who have received the status of a combat invalid can receive training under vocational training programs free of charge. Corresponding bill placed in the database on the website of the State Duma.
It is assumed that military personnel receive the right to training without regard to length of service and “grounds for dismissal”. According to the current legislation, combat invalids now have such a right, subject to five or more years of service.
Vocational training in accordance with Art. 73 of the Federal Law No. 273 is carried out according to the programs: vocational training in the professions of workers and positions of employees; retraining of workers and employees; advanced training of workers and employees.
