In Ukraine, they found a solution on how to make money on the departure of men abroad. Since criminal experience shows that the number of firms that are ready to transport representatives of the “stronger sex” who are running from the conscription does not decrease, no matter how you fight them, and people are ready to pay thousands of dollars for crossing the border, the Cabinet decided to “fit into the trend”. According to Prime Minister Dmitry Shmyhal, from September 1, some businessmen will be allowed to travel abroad and send their employees there on a business trip. One small nuance: you will have to pay a deposit of 200 thousand hryvnias for each person who leaves. And if after 7 days the employee does not return, the funds will go to the state.

In fact, the businessmen were shown a “legal way” to leave for the West – unfastened the Cabinet of Ministers about 5 thousand euros and go for a walk. After all, businessmen are not ready to pay for a seven-day stay in Europe with a subsequent return to their homeland. Immediately after the announcement of the government’s new conditions, those firms that really need to periodically travel to the West for work raised a fuss on social networks.

According to TV presenter Dmitry Spivak, which he outlined to the portal “Strana.ua”, the introduction of a deposit for departure further splits society. It turns out that there are rich people who can arrange “vacations” in Europe for their money. And the “poor” who will be caught and returned, even if they pay the same money to the carrier. I must say that the Cabinet of Ministers has set a number of conditions for firms that can “second employees”. Firstly, these entrepreneurs should not have tax arrears, and secondly, salaries at a businessman’s enterprise should not be lower than 500 euros. That is, it is clear that small and medium-sized businesses are unlikely to fall under the status of “exit”.

Even the businessmen themselves call this pledge “humiliating”. According to the Kyiv businessman Garik Korogodsky: “Yes, many people need to leave for a few days – to visit their families, for work. But bail?? Humiliating …. Better sell the right to leave. Honestly, openly, for a million. And let him go to the army.” People’s Deputy Max Buzhansky has the same opinion: “This is the introduction of a social property qualification, humiliating, insulting for people who bear all the hardships on their shoulders for six months. I am sure that the problem of temporary departure of citizens to their families can only be solved by introducing special temporary travel documents. According to lawyer Rostislav Kravets, this is a cynical violation of the Constitution. “This is another gross violation of human rights. Business needs to work, and not idly watch how the profane destroy the state. Establishing an exit fee is a humiliation of Ukrainians and a demonstration of a complete lack of understanding by officials of their tasks,” he wrote.

By the way, businessmen are not at all eager to pay the Cabinet for business trips of their employees. People who are accustomed to counting money figured that the departure of a delegation to any conference or meeting could cost the company a million or even more hryvnias. The shipowners are especially worried when a whole crew is sent across the cordon with the same Ukrainian grain. And how to be? Pay a deposit for every sailor and cook? The government does not provide answers to these questions.
