Pharmacy organizations will be able to apply for such permits to Roszdravnadzor through a single portal “Gosuslugi”. It is no longer required to indicate the main state number of a legal entity and TIN when submitting applications, the data will be downloaded automatically. Notifications about the readiness of applications will also appear on the portal.
Organizations will be able to obtain permission for the remote sale of medicines in their personal account in the form of an electronic document with a link to an entry in a special register. In addition, pharmacies do not need to reissue permits in case of any changes in their activities. “In such cases, it will be enough to send an application to Roszdravnadzor to enter the necessary information in the register of issued permits and attach supporting documents,” the statement says. message.
