The Russian government has extended the grace period for paying federal property lease payments for entrepreneurs called up as part of partial mobilization, as well as contract businessmen and volunteers. Thus, the deferral of rental payments is due to individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, as well as legal entities in which the same person is the sole participant and head of the company, the government clarified.

On October 15, the government published a decree introducing a deferment of payments on the lease of federal property for entrepreneurs serving in the zone of the military operation. In the same resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers made changes to the requirements for enterprises whose employees are called up as part of partial mobilization. In particular, businesses provided a period of three to six months to search for new qualified workers instead of mobilized ones.
