The maximum amount of unemployment benefits in Russia in 2023 will not change and will amount to 12,792 rubles. in the first three to three months after the appointment of such payment. “To establish for 2023 for citizens duly recognized as unemployed … the minimum unemployment benefit in the amount of 1,500 rubles, the maximum unemployment benefit in the amount of 12,792 rubles. – in the first three months of the period of payment of unemployment benefits,” the document says.
In the next three months, 60% of the salary is paid, but not more than 5,000 rubles.
The maximum unemployment benefit in 2021 was 12,130 rubles, the minimum was 1,500 rubles. Russians receive benefits from the first day they are recognized as unemployed.
According to the forecast of the Ministry of Economy, the average monthly salary in Russia in 2022 will grow by more than 6,600 rubles, or by 11.6% compared to the level of 2021, and will amount to 63,888 rubles. In 2023, the department expects an increase in the indicator by almost 6,000 rubles, or 8.7%, to 69,452 rubles. In 2024 and 2025 salary will grow to 74,804 and 80,028 rubles. respectively.
