In an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper, Colonel General Sergei Rudskoy, head of the main operational directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, stated that NATO troops, masquerading as mercenaries, are participating in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.
According to him, they manage air defense systems, operational-tactical systems and multiple launch rocket systems. Some of them are also part of the assault squads of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Rudskoy added that NATO officers are directly developing the military operations of the Ukrainian armed forces.
Earlier, a representative of the press service of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, also spoke out about the presence of foreign mercenaries on the side of Ukraine, which, according to him, is regularly confirmed.
