Moscow calls for a security corridor for the evacuation of Russian citizens from the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said at a meeting with Israeli Ambassador Alexander Ben Zvi.
“The Russian side emphasized the exceptional importance of urgently resolving all issues related to ensuring a security corridor for the evacuation of citizens of Russia and other CIS member states,” – it says in a message from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs following the negotiations.

According to him, the Palestinian group Hamas is launching attacks from the Gaza Strip using long-range missiles. “The evacuation from the enclave is still being worked out. At the moment, there are more than 700 people on the lists, of which more than 400 are Russians,” noted Zaripova.
