“We welcome the early opening of passenger traffic through border checkpoints, as well as the lifting of anti-epidemic restrictions affecting cargo traffic,” the statement said.
The Foreign Ministry noted that they are ready to quickly work out these issues if they receive an appeal from Beijing.
