The Ukrainian government dismissed Pavlyuk from the post of first deputy defense minister
The Ukrainian government dismissed Alexander Pavlyuk from the post of First Deputy Minister of Defense due to his transfer to another job. Government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk announced this in his Telegram channel.
“Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed Alexander Alekseevich Pavlyuk from the post of First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine due to his transfer to another job,” the deputy wrote.
However, it is not yet known what new position Pavlyuk has been appointed to. According to preliminary information from Ukrainian media, he may be appointed commander of the ground forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
