The first Azerbaijani-Turkish military exercises began in Karabakh

The press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense announced the start of joint military exercises with the Turkish Armed Forces, which started in Karabakh and Nakhichevan.
The exercises are named after the founder of the Turkish Republic and are called “Mustafa Kemal Ataturk 2023,” the statement said.
Up to 3 thousand personnel from various types of troops of the two countries take part in the tactical exercises, as well as 130 units of armored vehicles, up to 100 artillery pieces and more than 20 aviation and flight assets. In addition, engineering equipment and small bots are used.
