The Federation Council sets a quota for studying at universities – for participants in the SVO.
According to the source, the Federation Council has introduced a 10 percent quota, according to which heroes and those awarded with three Orders of Courage will have the opportunity to become university students without entrance exams. The same quota also applies to military children who were injured during the SVO.
Let us remind you that today the Federation Council approved the law adopted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation on a fine for desecrating St. George ribbons. The maximum amount of recovery is five million rubles.
The Federation Council also approved a law on the creation of a unified system of biometric personal data of Russians. The state system “Unified system of identification and authentication of individuals using biometric personal data” will cooperate with information systems of state bodies, the Central Bank of Russia and other organizations.
