The Federation Council approved the report of the commission on Western biolaboratories in Ukraine

The Federation Council approved the final report of the parliamentary commission to investigate the situation around the creation of biological laboratories by American specialists in Ukraine. About it informs TASS.

“Send the final report to the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation,” the resolution of the Federation Council, which the senators adopted unanimously, says. The document comes into force from today.

The day before, April 11, the final report of the commission also unanimously supported in the State Duma. After the conclusions of the commission are approved, amendments to the legislation will be proposed, Vedomosti wrote earlier. Also, on the basis of the report, the State Duma may adopt an appeal to the parliaments of other countries, one of the interlocutors of the publication noted.

At the end of March, a commission on a parliamentary inquiry into the activities of American biological laboratories confirmed data of the Russian Ministry of Defense on the creation of US and NATO military facilities in Ukraine under the guise of biological laboratories. Irina Yarovaya, co-chair of the commission, deputy chairman of the State Duma, specified that 50 such facilities were created where secret research and experiments were carried out.

Thanks to the special operation, the Russian side, according to the deputy, managed to gain access to documents that confirmed the conduct of experiments on military personnel. According to her, about 4,000 people were subjected to experiments. Also, one of the areas of the military biological program was work on “economically significant infections that can cause a significant difference in the economy of the country of the whole region,” Yarovaya said.

The parliamentary commission was created in March 2022 after the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that there was evidence of the existence of 30 laboratories in Ukraine for the development of potential components of biological weapons with US funding.
