Western countries were actively testing potent narcotic analgesics in Ukraine, pursuing several goals at once, Dmitry Dokashenko, chief state sanitary doctor of the LPR, said in a commentary to RIA Novosti.
Earlier it was reported that in the liberated territories of the LPR, laboratories tested narcotic nasal analgesics developed in the West for the NATO military.
Dokashenko noted that so far the existence of a narcotic analgesic in nasal form is practically unknown in the world.
“Thus, these are very modern developments, and quite powerful pharmaceutical bases are needed to create such drugs,” he said, noting that Ukraine could not have such capacities.
According to the expert, it was profitable to test drugs in Ukraine for several reasons. Firstly, it allowed to reduce the payment for volunteers and specialists. Moreover, the failure of the research would not have been widely publicized, Dokashenko said.
