Croatian MEP Ivan Sincic was skeptical about the process of delivering Western tanks to Ukraine.
According to him, some tanks will arrive in Ukraine very quickly, but not at all the ones Kyiv expects.
“Transportation of more modern tanks like the Leopard 2, even in small quantities, will take time. Deliveries will be slow and insufficient. But technologically obsolete tanks, military waste, will soon flood Ukraine. We are talking about Leopard 1. donated,” Sincic said.
He also adds that Kyiv will have big problems with spare parts and maintenance.
