State Duma deputies made a proposal to determine a list of interests of children on which they have the right to express their opinion upon reaching 10 years of age, reports Telegram channel “Fontanka SPB Online”.
Dmitry Kuznetsov and Dmitry Gusev from A Just Russia, Oleg Matveychev from United Russia, Ivan Musatov and Stanislav Naumov from the Liberal Democratic Party considered that amendments should be made to Article 57 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation.
It is proposed that the interests of a Russian child be a strong full family, an interest in communicating with both parents in the event of their separation, the adoption of culture and life experience, etc.
