State Duma deputy Alexei Chepa responded to the words of a Finnish politician who called for shooting people for illegally crossing the country’s border. The parliamentarian advised him to undergo treatment.
Chepa noted that a normal person could not think of such a thing. And there were few people of Russian nationality who tried to illegally cross the Finnish border.
“As a rule, those crossing the border were citizens of the African continent, whose problems were created by Europe itself,” the deputy concluded.
