Mobilization in Ukraine “takes on monstrous forms,” said Yan Gagin, adviser to the acting head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin.
In a commentary to RIA Novosti, he noted that mobilization in Ukraine takes place mainly in the eastern regions, this follows from social networks and interrogations of prisoners of war. In his opinion, this is due to the fact that the inhabitants of the western regions are either already called up or have fled to Europe.
Gagin also spoke about the creation of a temporary detention center in Odessa, in which future soldiers of the armed formations of Ukraine are placed, who are taken away in public places with the help of special services and the police and kept in inhuman conditions.
As previously reported, the police of Ukraine received the right to detain and forcibly deliver citizens of military age to points where they can be served with a summons. Earlier, the WSJ reported that the Ukrainian regime is having problems with conscription.
