The dollar exchange rate on the Moscow Exchange exceeded 91 rubles – Kommersant

Dollar exchange rate during trading on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) exceeded 91 rubles/$, the euro rose to 98.82 rubles/€. The dollar reached this level for the first time since November 14, according to data from the trading platform.
According to Moscow Exchange data at 17:04 with calculations for tomorrow, the dollar grew by 66 kopecks. – up to 91.07 rubles/$, the euro increased by 87 kopecks, to 98.82 rubles/€.

In mid-November, the dollar exchange rate reached its lowest level in the last five months, falling below 89 rubles/$. This, as Kommersant’s interlocutors say, was facilitated by the preparation of exporters for the tax period and the risks of fines if they refused to sell foreign currency earnings.
