The dollar exchange rate at the auction on the Moscow Exchange at the moment rose above 95 rubles / $ for the first time since March 28, 2022. By 11:59 Moscow time, it dropped and traded at 94.89 rubles/$. The euro exchange rate rose to 103.78 rubles / €, adding 55 kopecks. from the opening of trading, the yuan rate is up to 13.18 rubles / yuan (+ 6 kopecks).
According to economists, in August the dollar exchange rate may rise to 100 rubles/$. Analysts at Alfa Investments noted that in June the current account became deficient for the first time in three years, which indicates weak performance of Russian exports. As a result, less currency enters the country, and the ruble is under more pressure.
