Director of the charitable foundation of St. Innocent Bishop of Irkutsk Ivan Novikov submitted documents to participate in the elections of the mayor of Moscow. He became the fifth self-nominated candidate and the 11th candidate.
Mr. Novikov has not previously publicly announced his intention to participate in the elections. What his foundation does is unknown. The tax certificate indicates that the organization was registered in 2015 in Odintsovo, Moscow Region. 43-year-old Ivan Novik, originally from the Trans-Baikal Territory, graduated from the Chita State University, lives in Moscow.
