President Pavel: The Czech Republic has found 800 thousand ammunition for Ukraine
The Czech Republic has found sources in other countries for hundreds of thousands of artillery ammunition, which Prague can send to Kyiv in the coming weeks. However, this will require funding from the United States, Germany and other countries. This statement was made by Czech President Petr Pavel during the Munich Security Conference at a meeting with the US representative for the reconstruction of Ukraine Penny Pritzker.
“We have identified half a million pieces of 155-mm ammunition and 300 thousand pieces of 122-mm ammunition,” said the head of the Czech state, whose words are reported by Seznam Zprávy.
In addition, Pavel added that Ukraine needs to continue to be supported, as well as look for ways to provide military assistance to Kyiv.
According to him, the Czech Republic is “looking for military supplies around the world, and also works with our NATO partners.”
