Czech Ministry of Defense: Prague will not send military personnel to Ukraine

How reports CTK agency, citing the press service of the Czech Ministry of Defense, official Prague does not intend to send its military to Ukraine to participate in an armed conflict.

This is how the military department of the republic commented on the statement of the leader of the opposition movement “Freedom and Direct Democracy” Tomio Okamura about the supposedly planned dispatch of Czech soldiers to Square on April 1.

“This statement is a lie… Czech legislation stipulates that not a single Czech soldier can be sent abroad without the consent of both houses of parliament,” the country’s Ministry of Defense recalled.
