Head of Karelia Artur Parfenchikov won 69.15% of votes after processing 100% of protocols. The head of Udmurtia, Alexander Brechalov, received 64.39% of the vote, and the acting head of Mari El, Yuri Zaitsev, received 82.45% of the vote. The turnout in Karelia was 26.19%, in Udmurtia – 37.48%, in Mari El – 31.99%. The second place in terms of the number of votes in Karelia was taken by Andrey Rogalevich from A Just Russia – For Truth (13.41%), in Udmurtia – the head of the Communist Party faction in the Izhevsk City Duma Alexander Syrov (19.78%), in Mari El – Anton Mirbadalev from LDPR (7.89%).

Artur Parfenchikov became the head of Karelia in 2017, in the elections he received 61.34% of the vote. Alexander Brechalov became governor of Udmurtia with 78% of the vote in the 2017 elections. Yuri Zaitsev was appointed Acting Governor of Mari El in May 2022 to replace Alexander Evstifeev.
