The courts granted 60% of applications for subsidiary liability in the first half of the year

60% of applications for subsidiary liability were granted by the courts in the first six months of 2023. By data Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, in the first half of the year, a total of 3,240 applications for bringing to subsidiary liability were considered. 1949 of them were satisfied (about 60.2%).

In recent years, the proportion of satisfied applications for subsidiary liability has been growing. At the end of 2022, 59.5% of applications were satisfied.
